What is inside

Four things, every edition.

What we shipped

The system that went live that month, the decision behind it, and the numbers where the client has cleared them.

What broke

The gate that let a bad answer through, the cost that ran away, and the fix that held.

The AI worth knowing about

The releases and tools that changed how we build this month, and what they mean for a company like yours.

Something you can use

A prompt, a pattern or a way of working your team can try on Monday, without hiring anyone.

Customers
They moved faster than any vendor we have worked with. Three weeks after the agreement, our people were using the AI system on real work.
Jerzy PachanaBoard Member, Gamrat
A working agent in production faster than we thought possible, answering only from sources we approved, and sending anything uncertain to a clinician.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

How often does it arrive?

Once a month, at the start of the month. There is no drip sequence and no second list: subscribing gets you the monthly edition and nothing else.

Why do you ask for a work email?

It is written for people running a team, a budget, and a system in production, and the domain is the only thing we collect about who you are. The address is used to send you the newsletter and nothing else: never sold, never shared, one click to unsubscribe in every edition, deleted whenever you ask.

Is it a pitch?

No. It is the month written up honestly, including the parts that did not work. If you want to talk about your own build, the booking link is at the bottom of every edition.
