Pricing

Know the fee before the work begins.

We quote custom AI delivery against a written scope. The fee stays fixed while we carry the delivery risk. Faster work improves our margin; delays do not increase your invoice.

Your fee is agreed before delivery starts.

Our model

The commercial model in plain English

The scope sets the fee. Our internal effort never becomes a billing unit.

Scope sets the fee

We write the intended result and its acceptance criteria before quoting. The proposal carries a fixed fee for that work.

Time stays off the bill

Invoices do not list hours or day rates. Adding people is our delivery decision and does not change what you buy.

Efficiency belongs to us

Agents help us finish defined work faster. That advantage funds our margin; a delay remains our problem.

Handover means ownership

At acceptance, you receive the source code, prompts and operating instructions. You are not tied to a recurring software licence from us.

Included

What the quoted fee includes

Scope and acceptance
A written spec states the expected result and the test for completion. Scoping may also show that software is the wrong next step.
Production delivery
We integrate the system with the tools you already use and review it against the agreed spec.
Controls for live use
We include monitoring, approval points and human review where mistakes carry consequences. Exceptions go to a named person.
Materials for handover
You receive the source, prompts and runbook needed to operate the system after delivery.
Getting a quote

Start with one workflow

Tell us which workflow costs time or depends on scarce judgment. A polished brief is unnecessary.

  1. Show us where the work waits, repeats or relies on a few people.
  2. We define the result, acceptance test and boundaries with you. We will also say if training or a smaller process change is the better answer.
  3. For a new engagement, we present three versions of the outcome at meaningfully different breadth. Each version has its own fixed fee.
  4. Once you choose the scope, we attach payment stages to delivery and acceptance.

Training and retained capacity follow the same logic

Corporate AI training

Training is quoted per programme delivered to your company. The track, audience and tailoring determine the proposal, which you approve before preparation begins.

Ongoing capacity

When your architect owns the backlog and specifications, a monthly retainer reserves managed implementation capacity. The monthly fee stays fixed as output changes.

Questions

What buyers ask about the price.

How can the price be fixed when AI work feels uncertain?

We scope a defined outcome with you and put one number on it before we start. If it takes longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.

How do you price a build?

A fixed price against a defined outcome, agreed before we start. We do not sell hours, day rates or headcount, so a build that takes us less time costs you the same and the overrun risk stays with us. Where a team wants dedicated ongoing capacity against a backlog they own, a monthly retainer does that instead.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. The code, the prompts and the operating runbook are yours. There is no licence to keep paying and no dependency on us to keep it running, which is the point of building it rather than renting it.

How much does corporate AI training cost?

There is no fixed price list, because the cost depends on your use case and what your company needs: the track, the number of teams, and how much tailoring your material requires. After a short consultation you get a fixed proposal for your company, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

What if the scope changes after work starts?

We check the request against the accepted scope. Work already covered proceeds under the existing fee. A genuinely new result is scoped and quoted separately, with its effect on the current plan stated before we begin it.

Why does delivery have no hourly rate?

Hourly billing makes faster delivery worth less to the builder. Our agents and process are meant to shorten the work. A fixed fee lets us keep that efficiency while your agreed cost stays unchanged.
